Type: pay:ClaimsNotificationType

Definition of basic component: Used to specify basic information about the content of the message including version number, creation date and time

Message-specific definition: Electronic notification transmitted by the buyer to the seller upon reception of goods, as obliged by the trading partner agreement. It details discrepancies between the Advanced Shipping notice (ASN) or Despatch Advice (DA) and the actual receipt of goods and includes line item detail only for the discrepancies.
