Definition of basic component: Codes for the representation of names of countries  as defined in the ISO standard no 3166 -- Part 1: Country codes

Message-specific definition: Country where processing takes place.

Usage example: 840= "United States",  276= "Federal Republic of Germany,  156 = "China".
