The GDSN Board of Directors sets the Strategic direction for the Global Data Synchronisation Network (GDSN) and the GS1 Global Registry (GR). The Board oversees the execution of the GDSN and the GR approved plan and ensures that the subscription fees are cost effective, globally applicable and equitable.
