Healthcare Provider Advisory Council (HPAC)

GS1 Healthcare is focused on helping hospitals and healthcare providers.

That is why the Healthcare Provider Advisory Council has been created. It consists of thought leaders and early adopters of GS1 Healthcare Standards from the global clinical provider environment to identify projects that support the adoption of GS1 Healthcare Standards in Healthcare institutions and retail pharmacies. Their final goal is to improve patient safety, cost efficiency and staff productivity.
