1. Preheat oven to 180�c (Gas Mark 4).
2. Pan-Fry 450g boneless chicken* until golden.
3. Place chicken in a casserole dish, stir in the sauce and cover.
4. Cook in the oven for 1 hour (or until chicken is fully cooked)
* If you prefer chicken pieces, use 900g and allow 10 minutes extra cooking time.
