The 9th annual UDI Conference will once again bring industry stakeholders together with the U.S. FDA UDI Team to ensure accurate UDI implementation and continued adoption momentum. This year's Conference will focus on UDI implementation as well as data quality and data management.
Peter Alvarez, Senior Director, Identification and Data Strategy Healthcare from GS1 Global Office will be leading a powerful session on “How to improve Data Quality at the Source”. The session will address Master Data Management and Governance to create, enrich, maintain and publish product information within and outside the enterprise, as well as “data quality management,” to ensure that the subject information meets high standards of quality and reliability.
Pete will be joined by Nada Savatic, Senior Program Manager at Abbott Laboratories, as well as Tania Pearson, Principal Regulatory Operations Specialist at Medtronic and Anita Reiss, Material Master Manager, and Joseph Costagliola, Project Manager Central Master Data Management, from B. Braun Medical, who will share their experience and recommendations for improving data quality.
