Andreas M. Walter, Coding & Serialisation Director, EFPIA and Director General at the European Medicines Verification Organisation (EMVO), shared EMVO’s observations about the status of creations of National Stakeholder Organisations (NMVOs) to support the implementation of the European Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD).

In addition, Illiana Paunova, Executive Director of the Bulgarian Medicines Verification Organisation (BgMVO), who overviewed the establishment of the national organisation, talked about the vision of BgMVO, as well as its model, governance, system and benefits.
