The enforcement deadline for the DSCSA has been delayed for one year. The law is not changed. Between November 27, 2017, and November 26, 2018, the US FDA will not take any action in case of non-compliance with barcoding and verification requirements. Clarifications are needed on the impact of that notice on subsequent phase deadlines.
