Charles-Edouard Escurat

Trained lawyer specialized in public law, Mr Escurat led several services in charge of public procurement within agencies and local authorities. Before joining Resah-idf in early 2012 to head the Law Department and develop the Resource & Expertise center, he managed the growth of public procurement activities of a consulting firm specializing in optimizing procurement. He’s a member of the French association of hospitals buyers (AsFAH) and has written several books and articles on optimization of procurement procedures
